| Home | The KARTEN CTEC
Centre, based within the residential complex of the Ravenswood Village,
Crowthorne, in Berkshire, opened its doors in July, 1997 as the first of a
number of centres which have subsequently been established in the UK,
Ireland and Israel. The aim is to encourage the setting up of many more
centres, of a comparable standard of excellence, which will provide a wide
range of services and training courses for people with disabilities.
Some of the centres that have been established are: The Karten CTEC Centre - Deafblind UK (Paston, Peterborough, UK)* The Karten CTEC Centre - Jewish Care (Edgeware, Middlesex, UK)* The Karten CTEC Centre - Haifa, Israel * (Links marked with an * above are to text provided by the individual centre.) Further Centres will be added to this list once a network link has been established.
